iPhone Bicycle Computer from New Potato

"Like we mentioned a few weeks ago, we're pretty excited about the potential for the iPhone morphing into all kinds of contraptions through hooking up with a little extra hardware. New Potato is one of the lead outfits in this area, and they've just introduced a kit that turns the iPhone into a bike super-computer. Rad."
Combining this $99 hardware kit with their free LiveRider app, New Potato offers a feature-rich cycling computer that uses a rugged rubber mount to hold the hardware securely, along with a sensor and a dongle to connect the sensor to the iPhone. While it looks good initially, I'd have serious concerns about riding in inclement weather and/or off-road. Cult of Mac will be reporting on their test results soon, the kit+app are available now.
