Not Really a Surprise But Apple Leads in Number of Apps Available

"Silicon Alley Insider has posted an interesting chart that shows the total number of apps available across various mobile platforms. As you can see from the chart, Apple's iPhone leads the pack by a longshot with 170,000 apps according to AppShopper.com."
I don't think anyone is too surprised by this, at least I wasn't, since Apple created the market and their App Store is the roadmap for this. I thought it was an interesting comparison.
