Apple Thoughts: iTweet Your iTunes

"Developer Sébastien Stormacq has released iTweetMyTunes, a new iTunes companion application for Mac OS X."

Slick little program, use it for free but if you do get good use of it the developer would like a donation. What it does is post the name of the current iTunes track to twitter, and it can do this manually or you can set it to automatically update in intervals you define.
