Apple Thoughts: Apple Wins iPod Appeal

The lawsuit was filed in 2006, dismissed last year, and now the dismissal has been affirmed by the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Common sense prevailed, but too late to save all the wasted court time on this ridiculous lawsuit. The plaintiffs claimed that the potential to damage hearing was enough to warrant this lawsuit. What are your thoughts?
