Apple Thoughts: Let ezMoviePick Choose Your Movie

"TouchMatter has released ezMoviePick, an iPhone and iPod touch app aimed at Netflix users. Like the popular restaurant app UrbanSpoon, ezMoviePick lets you shake your mobile device to get a recommendation. After a little animation and casino-like noise, the resulting recommendation is based on the movies that Netflix thinks you'll like."

Fun app if you have trouble deciding what movie to go to, or if you need a recommendation for Netflix. Granted, there are other apps for free in the iTunes App Store that also let you search for movies in theaters, or in your Netflix account, such as Flixster and Now Playing, but I haven't seen one that has the UrbanSpoon type interface like ezMoviePicks. Its available now in the iTunes store for $0.99 USD.
