Apple Thoughts: Silverlight Video Streaming on iPhone

Interesting quote in the article from Brian Goldfarb, who is the Microsoft User Experience Platform Manager who, when asked how they got this to work on the iPhone and Adobe failed, said "We worked with Apple." To clarify it he did say that Microsoft did all the work, they just made sure that it was all ok with Apple.
