Need a Google Wave Invite?

Google Wave, according to Google, is a way to collaborate real time with anyone you choose, their video goes into great detail. Mashable has a pretty complete write up on what exactly Google Wave can do for you. If you are interested, you can submit a request for an invite and wait by your inbox.
