Apple Thoughts: Apple TV Price Drop

"Those disappointed that the music event last week failed to update Apple's all but forgotten set-top box, may find hope in the company's move to lower the price of the 160GB Apple TV by $100, to $229."

I'm one of those disappointed, as I keep hoping that Apple is going to come out with a cool announcement regarding the Apple TV. This may add credence to another article speculating that Apple does indeed have plans for the nifty unit, based on some of the specs of the LP Format in iTunes 9. All I know for sure is I love it even though it is limited in use right now, and I sure wish Apple would get going on some updates.
