Apple Thoughts: Tic Tacs App Is Minty; Stupid

"Tilt the iPhone/iPod touch left and right and watch as your virtual pack of Tic Tacs realistically reacts to gravity and physics- just like real life!"

Oh brother. Our very own Darius Wey tweeted about this one this morning and I had to look and make sure it was real. Unfortunately, it is. Of course in a world with fake lighters, fake beer glasses, and fake guns, is it that hard to believe that someone would come up with fake breath mints?

Just a mere few days ago, the big boss of Thoughts Media, Jason Dunn wrote this...

"It seems like the iPhone has incredibly creative developers making apps for it, and on the Windows Mobile side...not so much. Sure there are some stand-out developers on the Windows Mobile side of things, but it's seems like the iPhone attracts creative developers that design great-looking applications."

...and while I'm certainly in no position to disagree with him, there's also a lot of crap (ie: tic tac apps), so it isn't all peaches and roses on this side of the street.
