Don't Get Caught in the MobileMe Phisher's Net!

"In another attempt to con MobileMe users into providing their credit card information, a scammer has sent out spam spoofed to appear to come from Apple, which directs users to a fake site designed to look like Apple's. Users who follow the email link and enter their information on the poorly formatted, fake Apple web page will be sorry."
I have yet to fall victim to one of these scams (I hope I haven't jinxed myself) but they scammers are getting better and better each time I see one of these. Of course the best thing to do if you ever get something like this from any company is to go direct to the website and NEVER click on a link in the email. You would think this would be a warning that shouldn't have to be made, but just today in fact I talked to a citizen (in my day job as a 911 dispatcher) that fell victim to the "cash this money order and send me the difference" scam regarding a laptop she sold.
