Apple Updates Online Store, Hopes to Improve Overall Customer Experience

"Apple overnight took its online store offline for roughly three hours as part of an ongoing process to improve the overall customer experience for shoppers wishing to review, manage, cancel, or return their orders, AppleInsider has learned."
So, I like the look of the update, with integrated images, drop down menus, capability to re-print invoices and easier product returns. The best thing of all is that you no longer have to try and decipher those code words, since in their place they have put in the name of the product, i.e. MacBook Air, 11-inch. Much easier don't you think?
