Apple Thoughts: Who is Leading in Market Share? No Idea.

Statistics, produced by mostly unreported methodologies, state that Android is overtaking the iPhone in market share. Or maybe it isn't. Some sample and report via survey, some sample and report by ad tracking, some seem to simply pull a number out of the air. Until there is a truly accurate reporting (for example, the providers reporting exactly how many devices of each type are on their network), let's just assume that both camps are having quite a bit of success and move on.
