Apple Thoughts: Grand Central Terminal to Get Apple Store

"Apple will be building a massive store in New York's Grand Central Terminal, we have independently confirmed. The store will open in the fall, likely early September - and it will be Apple's largest retail space in the world."

And it shall be named Apple Store Grand Central, according to one of those unnamed sources you frequently hear about. This year is the 10th anniversary of the retail operations at Apple so it seems logical they would want to make an impact. This store is supposed to be the largest store yet, surpassing the Covent Garden Store in London. That store has 16,732 square feet open to the public. They certainly will have the foot traffic since the terminal has over 700,000 visitors per day.
