What Is the Verizon iPhone Going to Cost

"There's an overwhelming energy going on today as iPhone fans contemplate how and when to switch, either from their iPhone on AT&T or from another carrier and handset, to an iPhone on Verizon. As very briefly mentioned in our 'The Verizon iPhone: Switching Now Might Be A Bad Idea' article, Verizon has yet to murmur any real information dealing with a data plan or related features."
Right now there's been no real data about how much Verizon is going to charge for iPhone data plans. I'm sure they'll be competitive with AT&T, but I don't really see them being much cheaper. They have an advantage in that most people perceive their network to be better (I'm not sure because I haven't been a Verizon customer for years.) Personally, I'm not switching. I've had nothing but good experiences with AT&T this time around. Their customer service has been great, and we love our Microcell. If I were a customer who was having issues, though, I'd still wait until Apple announces the next iPhone. There's no reason to lock yourself in a 2 year contract when the new iPhone might also be available on Verizon in just a few months. It'll be interesting to see how this all pans out. Are you planning on switching? If so, are you doing it ASAP or are you waiting until after the iPhone 5 announcement?
