Apple Thoughts: Skype, Version 3.0, Provides Video Conferencing for iPod Touch and iPhone

"Skype unleashed version 3.0 of the Skype App for iOS this evening. The new version brings the long awaited video conferencing for iPhone and iPod Touch."

Skype is free in iTunes [link] and now even better with the addition of Skype to Skype video calls via WiFi and 3G. Two way video supported on the iPhone 4, 3GS and even iPod Touch 4th generation so that is a bonus. You can even use the video feature between desktop machines. I don't use Skype, but it's slick that you can now do video calling with a 3GS.
