NoteBook for the iPad From Circus Ponies

"Circus Ponies-a company, not actual circus ponies-has released a version of its Mac OS X note-taking app, NoteBook, for the iPad. NoteBook is a powerful note-taking tool that includes a full-featured outliner with multi-font text, and lets you add files, diagrams, and sketches to your notes."
This is a feature rich notetaking and organizing application from Circus Ponies, known for their OS X program of the same name. The thing that immediately stands out with this program is that it gives you the appearance of a paper notebook. The features really make this app stand out from the other note taking apps I've tried, such as the ability to record a speech or lecture while you are taking notes, and afterwards while reviewing you can listen to that point in the lecture or speech when you were taking a particular set of notes. PDF options are plentiful and the best thing of all is that it syncs with the desktop version of NoteBook so you can work on the same notes on either platform. The downside to this app is the price, at $29.99 from iTunes [affiliate link] you really need to be using your iPad as your "NoteBook" to justify this purchase. But for that 30 bucks you do get a feature rich application.
