Reeder Comes to OS X

"Reeder, one of the best RSS readers for iOS devices, has just landed on the Mac. It's still in the draft stage, but it's got all the features that make the mobile version awesome. It pulls your feeds straight from Google Reader, making initial set-up extremely quick and easy. Integration with sharing and bookmarking services also carries over from the iOS version of Reeder: Instapaper, Read It Later, Delicious, and sharing via email are all included, along with several others."
Reeder is my favorite RSS reader for the iPad, and now it's available for OS X. I've been using it all day rather than Google Reader, and I have to say, I love it just as much as the iPad version. It requires a Google Reader account (you currently can't manage feeds using Reeder), but if you already have one, you're good to go. Reeder for OS X is currently in beta and for now, it's free.
