"There's an App for That" Trademarked by Apple

"'There's an app for that' is the 'Where's the beef?' or 'I can't believe I ate the whole thing' of our generation: an advertising slogan so ubiquitous and memorable that it is referenced constantly in popular culture. Lazy joke writers love it, while Don Draper himself would admire it's almost crystalline beauty."
I knew I should have trademarked this the first time I heard it. This phrase, when it first came out, was used frequently as a joke by myself and several of my coworkers, becoming much like the "that's what she said" phrase popularized by Michael Scott of "The Office." I think we are still safe in using it around here because, in the Apple trademark paperwork, they outline when it should be used, specifically "...retail store services featuring computer software provided via the Internet and other computer and electronic communication networks; retail store services featuring computer software for use on handheld mobile digital electronic devices and other consumer electronics."
