Goodreader for iPad Update Includes Annotations and Highlighting

"GoodReader for iPad is a robust PDF reader and file manager that also displays many other file formats of interest. Version 3.0, released on September 30, adds annotations, markup and highlighting capabilities."
I read most of my PDFs on Folio for iPad, but I might switch back to GoodReader now, at least for PDFs I'm using for research purposes. Annotation is exactly what I've been waiting for in Folio (it added highlighting in the last update). I'm not a fan of GoodReader's interface, but for now, it has Folio beat on features. What PDF reader, if any, do you use on the iPad?
