Hyperdock Adds Great Features to OS X's Dock

"If you wish you had Windows' Aero Peek-like window previews in OS X's Dock, free app HyperDock brings them to OS X, along with other window management features."
I've been using this for a few days. It originally didn't work quite right with my 2 monitor setup (I have the dock on my secondary monitor and the preview windows kept showing up on my primary monitor). I emailed the developer, and he quickly found the bug and sent me a developer's version that fixed the problem. He has since updated the program to fix another bug related to iTunes. All in all, I am very pleased with the application and with the developer's responsiveness. Besides adding the ability to preview windows while hovering over application icons, Hyperdock adds special preview windows for iTunes and iCal. It also adds the ability to resize windows automatically, but I haven't tested that as of yet because I'm currently using Cinch to handle that particular duty. Hyperdock is currently free while it is in beta, but the developer has said that he'll charge a small amount when he releases the final version. As far as I'm concerned, it'll be worth every penny. It changed my workflow for the better almost immediately.
