The Express Lane is Now Open

"Apple has introduced a new Express Lane service to its customer support system, an online engine that should help customers find the support they need."
If you have Apple products still under warranty, the service is free. The system works pretty simply, just select the product you want help with and work through the options until you get the information you need. You can also search the products you have registered as well as previously submitted cases.
